Refund Policy

Upon delivery of Product, Customers shall have fourteen (14) days to inspect Product and notify Rokka Sheek Ltd, in writing, of any defective goods.  Each customer agrees that fourteen (14) day period provides them a reasonable opportunity to inspect the Product. Such notification shall identify each and every reason for any rejection of Product. Buyer’s failure to reject Product within such fourteen (14) day period shall constitute a waiver of the customer’s inspection right and an unqualified and irrevocable acceptance of the Product by Buyer. Please note that we do not accept exchange or return any items or goods bought in our store branches unless if the product itself is faulty and a replacement will be offered.   

Please note Shades can differ between dye lots and fabric rolls / yarn ball. We do try and ensure that the same dye lot number is sent out with each order but this can not always be guaranteed due to the availability of some products. If you require the dye lot to be the same please add a note to your order and we will ensure that this is achieved.

Please note that care must be taken as some fabrics or yarn can shrink or lose colour during washing, dry cleaning and ironing. In order to obtain a refund, all items must be returned within 14 days of receipt in the original packaging that can be resold as new. We reserve the right  to refuse a refund if goods are returned used or damaged in any way. Please note that you are responsible for the cost of the postage and packaging. We cannot accept responsibility should your returns go missing, and advise that all returns are sent by recorded delivery or special delivery.
