Listed below are some of the questions which we are often asked. If the answer to your question is not here, please submit your question to us via our contact us page. We will aim to reply promptly.

1) How do I order?

You can order from our online store using any combination of 2 different methods:

  • Simply type in the product your looking for in the search box on the top right hand side of the site. Select the item you want and you add them to your shopping basket.
  • Go through our online catalogue, and add all the products you need to your shopping basket. When you’ve finished, just complete your account details and payment and send your order to us.


2) How do I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order as long as it hasn't yet been processed or dispatched. All you need to do is send us an email through our contact us page with your order reference number advising the reason for your cancellation. Otherwise you can cancel your order by phone on 020 8681 2558 between Monday -Saturday 11am - 4pm. However if we have already processed your order you can just return it back to us once received (please look at our terms and conditions page).
